Return & Refund Policy

1.30-day no worry refund policy.

All CloudJewelry customers can enjoy a 30-day no worry refund policy.
For any quality problems due to manufacturing or transportation, we offer a 30-day unconditional refund with no shipping fees charged.
For refund requests that do not involve quality issues but involve personal preference, we also offer an unconditional refund. However, customers will bear the return shipping fees.
Returned items must be in their original condition, not worn, and accompanied by any original diamond certificates provided. If the certificate is not returned, a re-certification fee will be charged.
Please note: Custom orders are considered final sales. If you have any questions about our policy, feel free to ask.

2.Lifetime warranty

CloudJewelry offers a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects for all high-end jewelry.
We guarantee that all items for sale have no manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
For any manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace the item free of charge.
The manufacturing warranty does not cover wear and tear, gemstones lost, products lost, theft, or the required repairs to maintain the integrity of the jewelry, which is specifically explained by our warranty policy.
Repairs or services performed by jewelers outside of CloudJewelry will invalidate the warranty.

3.Valid period for returns and exchanges

All returns and exchanges should be completed within 30 days after the delivery date of the order. You can contact us here to make a return or exchange, we will serve you wholeheartedly.
3.1 If the value of the exchanged item is higher than the original item, you need to pay the difference.
3.2 If the value of the exchanged item is lower than that of the original item, no refund will be given.

4.Online returns and exchanges

4.1 You need to keep the items in their original condition and packaging.
4.2 Please contact us here, and we will help you with the exchange.
4.3 Send your package to us using a traceable postage method.
4.4 Wait for our email confirmation, and once we verify your order information, you will receive an email. Generally, the processing time is 5 working days after receiving the package.
4.5 All refund requests will be refunded through your original method of payment.

5.Other terms and conditions

5.1 All items that need to be returned and exchanged can only be returned and exchanged once.
5.2 If the subsequently returned or exchanged items are the same as the items from the previous order, we reserve the right to cancel your free return eligibility at our sole discretion.
5.3 Our return and exchange policy does not cover damages caused by your use or product wear and tear that lead to unusual, accidental, or random damage.
5.4 CloudJewelry does not provide any explicit or implied warranty for any products, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with descriptions, and suitability for a particular purpose.
5.5 Personalized items with “engraving” are not refundable. CloudJewelry will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of personalized items.
5.6 Special order items, such as custom sizes and gemstone items, are not refundable. (Custom sizes require an extra $20.) For special item exchanges, CloudJewelry will charge a 35% restocking fee.
5.7 Items sent to you for replacement/exchange are not refundable.
5.8 If there is no quality problem with the product itself, CloudJewelry will charge a 35% restocking fee for the exchange of special items.
5.9 Such returns are always governed by the provisions of the U.S. Consumer Protection (Fair Trade) Act.
5.10  CloudJewelry’s all decisions are final.

6.Refunds

In the following situations, CloudJewelry will refund the $10 return shipping fee to customers via store points.Customers received the wrong items.
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly engraved. (For damaged or defective items, customers must contact Cloud Jewelry within 48 hours of receiving the order)
For the return or exchange of the following goods, CloudJewelry will charge a 35% return fee:

  • Items that are custom-made with 925 Silver.
  • Items that are custom-made with 10K white gold/10K rose gold/10K gold.
  • Items that are custom-made with 14K white gold/14K rose gold/14K gold.
  • Items that are custom-made with18K white gold/18K rose gold/18K gold.
  • Items that are custom-made with moissanite stones.

Notice:
We hope that your order is just as you want! Before placing an order, please check your personalized/engraved/special order information. Check spelling, dates, and names carefully. If you have any questions before placing an order, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Generally, all items will be put into production 3 hours after we receive payment. Therefore, any cancellations after this time will be charged a 30% material fee and processing fee.
